 Notice to Teachers

 Second Language Proficiency Examination in Latin

Monday, June 20, 2005--9:15 a.m.

      This notice pertains to the scoring of Part IV, question 55 of the Second Language Proficiency Examination in Latin.

Choice 3 is given as the correct answer for question 55 on the Scoring Key. Choice 3 is a correct answer to this question. However, some references indicate that choice 4 is also an acceptable answer.   As a result, all students who selected either choice 3 or choice 4 for question 55 should be awarded one credit.

     Please photocopy this notice and give a copy of it to each teacher scoring the Second Language Proficiency Examination in Latin.
