Establishment of the Spanish Empire in the Americas

During the reign of Suleiman I, the Ottoman Empire became a major world power. He was a gifted military strategist, a canny politician, and a poet. He systematized legal and administrative institutions; he was well organized and progressive, promotion was based on merit; he implemented vast cultural and architectural projects, but such problems as: unemployment, inflation and heavy taxation ultimately led to the fall of the Ottoman Empire.
